Days started to be longer but we still have more than a month till Spring, so probably I'm not the only one who's craving comfort food on these chilly days.
The rich Guinness and sweet honey perfectly worked together as the glaze of the pork, it formed a sticky and savoury cover on the meat.
Maybe I'm not 100% normal... but for me, the best part of this dish is the jacket potato stuffed with gooey sheep's curd cheese. I could eat this jacket potato on its own... which is unusual since I normally prefer the meat more than a side dish.
