How can I use the images?
After your session, you or your business can use the selected images as described in the Investment section of your session.
You can use the final images for personal or business purposes, while I retain the copyright as standard practice.
Selected images may also be used by me for marketing, portfolio, website, social media, competitions or other features.
Full details on restrictions, including AI training, are in the Terms & Conditions.
Can others use the images?
It depends on the session you book.
Personal Portraits
Personal portraits are meant for individual use, with pricing fair to those who don’t seek commercial gain.
Does your company or employer wish to use your personal portraits?
There is an additional fee listed under the Extras section if your company or employer wants to use these images (website, About page, brochures, etc.):
- this fee is paid by the company/employer
- the person in the portrait must agree in writing.
Corporate Portraits & Branding Images
For business sessions, company use is included. People appearing in the images are also welcome to use their portraits for personal purposes.

When will I see the results?
You’ll get access to a secure online gallery, usually within 7–14 days of your session, depending on workload. I’ll confirm the timeline on the shoot day. If you have a deadline, let me know during booking.
How does image selection and delivery work?
Your session includes a set number of images, with the option to add more if needed. You’ll make your selection in a secure online gallery.
Your confirmed selection of images is released once payment is completed.
Final files are available to download for 30 days.
You can request usage for more images in your gallery for up to one year.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling or cancellation is possible with advance notice. Because these sessions are custom work, refunds aren’t offered after the notice period. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.
What if I need changes after my session?
If additional work - like extra processing, further retouching, or reshooting - is needed beyond what was agreed, we can handle that through a separate estimate.
