BUSINESS PORTAITS
FOR ENTREPRENEURS & COMPANIES
All businesses need professional portraits of their personnel from startup to enterprise level as an essential part of branding. Your customers most likely will "meet you" via these visuals for the first time, so it is important that staff photos signal expertise and reliability. Have a collection of corporate portraits produced with a cohesive style and make sure to keep them up-to-date.
- I take corporate portraits at my studio or at your company's premises
- My studio: a cozy place, where beautifully relaxed portraits can be taken, as nobody needs to run to their next meeting
- On-location: I will set up a simple walk-in photo location at a provided place (for example in a meeting room or recreational space), where your staff feels comfortable to have their portrait taken
- Hair, makeup and outfit are taken care by the participants or the client-company, but I will be there to adjust the fine details for the best results

Each feedback is publicly posted on our Trustpilot page and features a photo from the portrait session.
FAQ
Where to start?
If you are ready to book your personal or business session, please reach out to me to discuss the details and proceed with the booking.
How much my portrait session will cost?
PERSONAL SESSIONS:
- the price is displayed with 24% VAT included
BUSINESS SESSIONS:
- When you reach out to me with a request for a business portrait session, I will ask you some surveying questions that you can respond to flexibly as it fits your schedule (or alternatively, we can jump on a Discovery Call via Zoom).
- Through your helpful answers, I can fully understand your vision, scope and technical requirements, and then based on these I can provide you with a proposal and an estimate!
How can I use the images?
In nearly all cases, your photographer owns full copyright to the images he/she creates. Buying out the copyright owner is a costly business, this is why the general practice for personal and commercial projects is that the photographer is granting usage rights to the Client, you might hear about this as licencing or use licence.
The licence-holder gets the copyright owner's official permission to use the licenced images according to the agreed terms.
For personal use: I grant you full rights to use your portrait images for personal digital and print purposes.
For commercial use (business -entrepreneurs, companies): when we will discuss your project, we will also specify your detailed usage rights needs as a part of the project negotiation. It is important to specify these needs correctly, so the license provides you with the required flexibility.
As your photographer, I reserve the right to use the portraits including but not limited to portfolio, promotional, marketing, competition and editorial purposes.
What are your payment terms?
PERSONAL SESSIONS:
- Your booking is complete with full payment in advance. Your invoice will contain the session details and the terms and conditions
BUSINESS SESSIONS:
- Your booking is complete with a signed agreement + the initial payment of a 50% deposit invoice.
- The final (balance) invoice is to be issued when the Final Images are presented in your online client gallery.
- The final (balance) payment is required to be made prior to image release.
- If you prefer a faster image release, you can choose an alternative payment option by taking care of the full payment upfront.
- If the project is required to be completed on a rush basis, an extra charge applies + to ensure the fastest image release, full payment is required upfront.
Do you offer refunds and corrections?
If we are about to work together for the first time, I always recommend checking my portfolio and services as a first step to get a clear picture of what I do, then if they serve as a good reference, simply get in touch to discuss your session!
After the photoshoot, regarding I am providing you with a custom production service, no refunds will be offered. On the other hand, there is a cancellation policy in place prior to the photoshoot.
To ensure the desired vision is expressed in the final results, I always survey my projects carefully and consider reference images (if any) together with any crucial details mentioned during the negotiations.
In case there is still a need for changes, it is certainly possible to do additional post-processing or a re-shoot for an additional charge, based on the type and volume of extra work required.
When can I see the results?
A photographer's turnaround time specifies how long the post-production takes.
My turnaround time is 7-14 days and it is depending on the current workload.
I will give you a more accurate timeline around the shoot day about when you can expect to see the results.
If you do have a deadline, please let me know and I will do everything I can to complete post-production accordingly.
When do I need additional portraits with transparent background?
Even though the most natural results can be achieved by taking a portrait with its originally chosen background, the need to apply white or versatile background colours to personal portraits is in high demand. The need can be different when a portrait is used in your CV vs. when your profile needs to be more creative online for better visibility and recognition.
This is why I offer additional portraits with transparent backgrounds as an extra service for studio-level personal and business portrait sessions, upon request.
