Personal Portraits
If you need new photos for your CV & LinkedIn page, wish to update your personal social media, or make a great first impression when someone looks at your dating profile, this session is for you!
- 20-30 minute session in my studio
- Various poses, outfits & backgrounds as fit to our timeframe
- Online image selection process and delivery, via your secure online gallery
- The selected images are processed and finalised carefully with temporary skin defects or blemishes removed, but only on the scale that looks realistic and feels comfortable to you
- Hair, makeup and outfit(s) are taken care by you, but I will be there to adjust the fine details, so no lock of hair, twisted tie or fluff on your suit will ruin the end result
- 3 carefully finalised, high-resolution, digital images are included
- Full personal rights to use the selected images for your own (non-commercial) digital and print purposes

Corporate Portraits
All businesses need professional portraits of their personnel from startup to enterprise level as an essential part of branding. Your customers most likely will "meet you" via these visuals for the first time, so it is important that staff photos signal expertise and reliability. Have a collection of corporate portraits produced with a cohesive style and make sure to keep them up-to-date.
- 20-minute online meeting to plan the shoot and logistics
- We can arrange the session at my studio or at your company's premises
- My studio: a cozy place, where beautifully relaxed portraits can be taken, as nobody needs to run to their next meeting
- On-location: I will set up a simple walk-in photo location at a provided place (for example in a meeting room or recreational space), where your staff feels comfortable to have their portrait taken
- Hair, makeup and outfit are taken care by the participants or your company, but I will be there to adjust the fine details for the best results
- an agreed number of carefully finalised, high-resolution, digital images are included
- Full commercial rights to use the selected images for brand-related digital and print purposes by your company

Portrait Photography FAQ + Terms
Where to start?
PERSONAL PORTRAITS (B2C) & BRANDING IMAGES (B2B)
1. Please reach out to me with your chosen Session by filling out this booking form.
2. I will guide you through the booking process via email and issue your invoice (immediate due).
3. You shall complete this initial payment in advance, via EUR (€) bank transfer. The prices are displayed on this page.
Tip: if you have no EUR (€) account, you can reduce the currency exchange fees of the international bank transfer by using a service like Wise, Revolut, Xoom etc.
4. Your booking/reservation is complete when I send you a full payment confirmation via email.
5. We agree on the date and time for your Session(s).
6. Any additional images to be invoiced upon confirmed selection (immediate due).
7. Full payment is required prior to image release.
CORPORATE PORTRAITS (B2B)
1. . Please reach out to me with your chosen Session by filling out this booking form.
2. I may get back to you with a few additional questions in order to understand your needs, scope and technical requirements.
3. I will send you an estimate tailored to your needs.
4. Your booking is complete with a signed agreement + the initial payment of a 50% booking deposit (immediate due).
5. The final (balance) invoice (immediate due) is to be issued when the previews are presented in your online client gallery for selection.
6. Any additional images to be invoiced upon confirmed selection (immediate due).
7. Full payment is required prior to image release. If you prefer the fastest image release, you can choose to take care of the full payment upfront.
8. If the project must be completed on a rush basis, full payment is required upfront + a rush fee may apply.
How can I use the images?
In nearly all cases, your photographer owns full copyright to the images he/she creates. Buying out the copyright owner is a costly business, this is why the standard practice for both personal and commercial projects is that the photographer grants usage rights to the client - you might hear about this as licencing or use licence.
After your session, you / your business (licence holder) get my (copyright owner) official permission to rightfully use the licenced images along with the specific terms of use outlined in the 'Investment' section of each session type.
The photographer reserves the right to use the portraits - including but not limited to - portfolio, promotional, marketing, competition and editorial purposes.
When and how can I see the results?
TURNAROUND TIME
- A photographer's turnaround time specifies how long the post-production takes.
- My turnaround time is 7-14 days and it is depending on the current workload.
- I will give you a more accurate timeline around the shoot day about when you can expect to see the results.
- If you do have a deadline, please let me know and I will do everything I can to complete post-production accordingly.
SELECTION & DELIVERY
1. You will receive the access details of a password-protected online gallery
2. In the gallery you will select the number of images included in your package + any additional (you will receive an additional invoice for these)
3. Once your payment is received in full, I release your selected images.
4. You can download your selection directly from the gallery within 30 days, and start using them along with the applicable usage terms.
5. You can buy rights for additional images in your gallery for up to 1 year.
Do you offer refunds and corrections?
REFUNDS, RE-SCHEDULING, CANCELLATION
- If we are about to work together for the first time, I always recommend checking my portfolio and services as a first step to get a clear picture of what I do, then if they serve as a good reference, simply get in touch to discuss your session!
- As I am providing you with a custom production service, after the notice period ends there will be no refunds offered.
- However, there is a re-scheduling and cancellation policy in place prior to the photoshoot. Please refer to the applicable Terms & Conditions.
CORRECTIONS
- To ensure the desired vision is expressed in the final results, I always survey my projects carefully and consider reference images (if any) together with any crucial details mentioned during the negotiations.
- In case there is still a need for changes, it is certainly possible to submit a change request for additional post-processing or a re-shoot for an additional charge, based on the type and volume of extra work required.
Do I need additional portraits with transparent background?
TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND
- Even though the most natural results can be achieved by taking a portrait with its originally chosen background, the need to apply white or versatile background colours to personal portraits is in high demand.
- The desired outcome can be different when a portrait is used in your CV vs. when your profile and bio need to be more creative in order to stand out for better visibility and recognition.
This is why I offer additional portraits with transparent backgrounds as an extra service for studio-level personal and business portrait sessions, upon request.
