I try to cook fish at least once a week. Here is a simple recipe to enjoy the own, delicious flavours of Norwegian salmon. I hope you like fish and the idea of eating it often. Oven-Baked Salmon is suitable for a busy day as a quick lunch or dinner idea.
- 4 salmon fillet
- Salt, pepper
- Place the salmon with skin side down into a baking tray or skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake it at 180 °C (fan) for about 20 minutes.
I served it with Hasselback potatoes and a slice of fresh lemon. Yum!
