I try to cook fish at least once a week. Here is a simple recipe to enjoy the own, delicious flavours of Norwegian salmon. I hope you like fish and the idea of eating it often. Oven-Baked Salmon is suitable for a busy day as a quick lunch or dinner idea.

Ingredients


  • 4 salmon fillet
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions


  1. Place the salmon with skin side down into a baking tray or skillet.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake it at 180 °C (fan) for about 20 minutes.


I served it with Hasselback potatoes and a slice of fresh lemon. Yum!
