Oven-Baked Stuffed Pancakes with curd cheese filling baked in vanilla sauce... I prepared it for brunch.
At the same time, I prepared meat pancakes as well, so I used the following, not sweet pancake mixture instead of the original recipe. If you want to do the same: mix 10 tbsp (about 200 g) flour, 2 eggs, 75 ml oil, 300 ml milk and add 200 ml sparkling water just before you cook them.
