My favourite Hungarian bloggers have loads of classic recipes, which reminds me of the old times. Even if I've never eaten homemade vanilla curd cheese cream during my childhood, I usually got or bought some from the supermarket. It's still one of my favourite chilled desserts, so when I've found this recipe and I noticed that I have some curd cheese in my fridge there were no other options, just to quickly prepare this dessert.
During the summertime, it's so good to have some in the fridge and treat me when I'm not able to turn on the oven and bake a cake or so. I'm not a big fan of soggy raisins, so I've just sprinkled them on the top just before I ate it.
